INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Working together, we will clarify your goals and design ways to meet them gently and with great intent. While every person’s path is different, typical areas of focus are laid out below.

  • Developing or deepening a meditation practice — not just clearing the mind, but developing new pathways of thought and insight through focused and guided contemplative practice combined with somatic experiencing techniques designed to create a sense of safety in the body

  • Facilitating increased awareness of parts and shadows using an Internal Family Systems approach to increase emotional well-being and a heightened level of personal agency and ability

  • Increasing capacity for joy and contentment by safely deepening and opening our sensitivity, awareness, and noticing

  • Improved ability to navigate challenging situations and experiences through an expanded sense of spaciousness and shifts in how we relate to and understand what is happening to and around us

  • Existential guidance: cultivating hope, finding and pursuing purpose in our lives

  • Deepening our connections with ourselves, other people, and the environment

  • Understanding and addressing the dynamics and impacts of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit

  • Study in Buddhist dharma and traditional practices

Sessions typically run 1.5 hours and take place via Zoom, though in-person sessions are available in Chicago.
