GROUP COACHING
Work within organizations can be company-wide or limited to one group or department. Sessions are customized based on workplace needs and goals, but common areas of focus include:
Working from a state of trust vs. a state of fear
Identifying a healthy pace that leads to flow states in our work
Exploring personal responsibility and positive accountability for ourselves in relation to
others in the workplace
Compassion for self and others as a tool for personal growth
Working with curiosity as a way to move through conflict productively
Leaning into expansiveness as a way to open paths to creativity

Group sessions typically run for one hour and take place via Zoom, though in-person group sessions are available in Chicago.
