GROUP COACHING

Work within organizations can be company-wide or limited to one group or department. Sessions are customized based on workplace needs and goals, but common areas of focus include:

  • Working from a state of trust vs. a state of fear

  • Identifying a healthy pace that leads to flow states in our work

  • Exploring personal responsibility and positive accountability for ourselves in relation to

  • others in the workplace

  • Compassion for self and others as a tool for personal growth

  • Working with curiosity as a way to move through conflict productively

  • Leaning into expansiveness as a way to open paths to creativity

Benefits of this work include:

  • A healthier and less stress-driven working environment

  • Increased connectivity among staff members and leadership

  • Development of a foundation of shared experience and common language around ethics, personal responsibility, and other key aspects of the shared human experience

  • Establishment and maintenance of a culture of compassion and care

Group sessions typically run for one hour and take place via Zoom, though in-person group sessions are available in Chicago.
